Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties (residential and commercial) to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and effectively, adhering to all label instructions and environmental regulations.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles, ensuring they are clean, organized, and in good working order for daily service routes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining treatment procedures and answering client questions with clarity and professionalism.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education and comprehension.
- Holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, showcasing responsible driving habits and reliability.
- Certified as a Pest Control Technician, with relevant state licenses or certifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pest control, indicating practical knowledge and hands-on expertise.
