Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
  • Develop and implement customized pest management plans tailored to the specific needs of each client, ensuring effective and sustainable solutions.
  • Apply insecticides, rodenticides, and other pest control agents safely and in accordance with local regulations, ensuring the well-being of clients and the environment.
  • Utilize advanced tools and technology for monitoring and treating pest issues, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and strategies for effective pest management and service delivery.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to minimize risks associated with pest control operations, ensuring a safe working environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in pest management or a related field is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in pest control or a related field, showcasing practical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous work in residential and commercial pest control environments is preferred, highlighting versatility in handling diverse pest issues.
  • Excellent physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks, navigate various terrains, and handle equipment safely and efficiently.
  • A keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills to assess pest situations accurately and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate clients and address their concerns with professionalism.
