Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plant Operations — Manage daily manufacturing activities and resource allocation. Production Planning — Develop schedules to meet demand and delivery targets. Quality & Compliance — Ensure adherence to GMP and regulatory standards. Process Improvement — Drive efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Team Leadership — Lead and develop production teams. Safety Oversight — Enforce HSE policies and maintain a safe work environment. Cross Functional Coordination — Work closely with QA, QC, Supply Chain, and Engineering. Budget Control — Manage operational budgets and optimize costs. Equipment Management — Oversee equipment performance and maintenance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical / Industrial Engineering, or related field 8–12 years of pharma manufacturing experience, including managerial roles Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements Proven leadership and problem solving skills
