Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Pharmaceutical Production Manager
- Organize and plan production
- Supervising production teams
- Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Monitor performance indicators (productivity, quality, yield)
- Manage incidents and propose corrective actions
- Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of the equipment
- Participate in internal and external audits
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma in pharmacy, process engineering or equivalent field
- 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical production
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industrial processes
- Ability to manage a team
