Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Achievement of individual objectives set by the General Management.
- Analyze the client's needs.
- Monitoring the preparation of client administrative files.
- To secure orders with clients.
- Negotiating quantities with clients.
- Create quotes and purchase orders on the system.
- Presenting new products to customers.
- Track the progress of the order.
- Maintaining good relationships with clients.
- Ensure debt recovery by sending payment reminders.
- Analyze the reasons for the delay in order to obtain prompt payment.
- Escalate any risk of non-recovery up the hierarchy
- Customer complaint tracking
- Gather the needs expressed by the customers
- Maintaining customer relationships to foster loyalty
- Desired experience for sale.
- Good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and dynamism.
