Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Negotiate (volume and terms of sale) and sell products from the range (establishment of a contract or purchase order).
Inform and answer questions from pharmacies, pharmacy teams or other customers about one or more products and services (characteristics, contraindications, differential advantages).
To train pharmacy and distribution staff in order to develop product advice.
Propose and negotiate commercial offers and service offers.
Present the features and benefits of the products using promotional tools.
Advising on merchandising, product resale and inventory management.
Analyze the results in relation to the objectives and implement corrective actions or development of the sector (congresses, professional events, etc.).
Track orders, invoicing, and customer accounts (disputes, unsold items, etc.).
Manage customer files.
Managing the stock of promotional tools, visual aids…
Record and transmit data.
To ensure competitive intelligence and to report information to management.
Collect, analyze, and transmit requests and information gathered to the relevant departments.
Collect and transmit pharmacovigilance information.
Develop a sectoral action plan based on national and regional objectives (targeting, proposal, resources, etc.).
Implement event promotion.
Boost sales at the point of sale and highlight a product.

Desired profile
Bachelor's degree (bac+4 or higher) in business studies or a degree in a scientific field;
2 years of experience in a similar or equivalent position
Proficiency in sales, communication, and public speaking techniques.
Knowledge of the market and the competition.
