Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
Conduct regular visits to clients to present products, provide updates, and offer support.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to expand market presence.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Ensure proper Delivery and follow up with distributors when needed.
Organize and participate in medical events, product trainings, and promotional activities.
Submit daily reports, visit plans, and market feedback on time.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales is a must.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer-orientation and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the territory.
