Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The role focuses on increasing product awareness, strengthening market penetration, and achieving sales growth in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field visits to retail pharmacies to promote and sell company products.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to drive product recommendations and sales performance.
  • Monitor market feedback and competitor activities within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, visit reports, and sales data in line with company standards.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or retail pharmacy.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Own car is required and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
