Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately, ensuring correct dosages, formulations, and labeling in compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy and authenticity, collaborating with prescribers to clarify any discrepancies or potential issues.
- Provide expert medication counseling to patients, explaining usage, side effects, and potential interactions in Arabic and English.
- Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, storing, and tracking medications, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Must hold a valid Pharmacist license from the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) or be eligible for licensure.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a registered pharmacist, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
- Prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting or hospital pharmacy is advantageous.
