Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper dosage and labeling in compliance with UAE regulations, with a focus on Vietnamese-speaking patients.
- Provide expert medication counseling to patients, explaining usage, side effects, and potential interactions, tailoring communication to Vietnamese speakers' understanding.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy, authenticity, and appropriateness, collaborating with prescribers when necessary, especially for Vietnamese-speaking patients.
- Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing medications, focusing on medications commonly used by the Vietnamese community.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is mandatory for this role.
- Must possess a valid Pharmacist license from a recognized authority, allowing them to practice in the UAE.
- Hold a valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license or eligibility to obtain one to practice in Dubai.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a retail pharmacy setting within the UAE.
