Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manages routine patient requests and prescriptions via different platforms.
  • Evaluate patients eligibility to different diagnoses and medications through appropriate investigations
  • Ability to read and comprehend different medical scans, reports and labs,etc.
  • Ability to make decisions in high cost and complicated cases based on standard operating procedures
  • A team player who contributes to the work flow and meets deadlines.
  • Pays great attention to details while handling different prescriptions, diagnosis and awareness of the available medications on the market.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor degree of pharmacy (0-2 years experience)
  • Previous experience in medical insurance is a plus.
  • Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
