Roles & Responsibilities
Position Purpose
Axios is seeking Patient Support Program Pharmacist to coordinate patient applications. These roles offer an opportunity to interact with patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to meaningful work in both office and field settings.
Suitable candidates should have proven experience in managing patients and delivering affordability programs, adherence and compliance support, follow-ups, dose reminders, and/or other approaches to guide patients throughout their treatment journey.

Position Duties:
- Liaise with hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, and patients to ensure smooth program flow.
- Administer co-payment reimbursement solutions, secure patient file approvals with the Program Manager, and ensure timely submission of complete files.
- Visit patients, doctors, pharmacies, and private sector partners to maintain efficient project operations.
- Prepare monthly monitoring reports and quarterly internal reports, track patient files in real-time, and maintain updated electronic program files.
- Attend client-provided pharmacovigilance and product training, report adverse events as required.
- Develop strong organizational skills to improve program efficiency and support team success.
- Focus on delivering patient-centric care to achieve better outcomes.
- Support office operations and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Educational Requirements and Background:
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory requirement for all applicants.
- Education: A degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years working within the Hospital/ Healthcare Industry is essential.
