Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure the processing and follow-up of pharmacovigilance, technovigilance and other vigilance cases in accordance with the regulations and procedures in force.
- Receive, analyze, enter and control the quality of cases in dedicated databases.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory laws on the transmission and reporting of cases.
- Participate in monitoring pharmacovigilance data sources and reconciliation activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and to the monitoring of compliance of PV/TV activities.
- Participate in the management of deviations, CAPAs, audits and inspections.
- Ensure the continuity of service activities and collaborate with local and global teams.
- Degree in the field of health, life sciences or medical sciences.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance.
- Good knowledge of PV/TV regulations and case management processes.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- My required mastery of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work in a team and in a constantly changing environment.
- Rigour, adaptability and a sense of confidentiality.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree in the field of health, life sciences or medical sciences.
Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance.
Good knowledge of PV/TV regulations and case management processes.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a team and in a constantly changing environment.
