Job Description: Pharmacy Operations Manager
Overview
The Pharmacy Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities of the pharmacy. This role ensures efficient workflow, regulatory compliance, high-quality patient service, and effective management of pharmacy staff and resources.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily pharmacy operations including dispensing, workflow coordination, and service quality.
Implement and optimise processes to improve efficiency and reduce medication errors.
Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and medication storage.
Ensure accurate handling of controlled substances and maintain required records.
