Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Pharmacy Technician

  • Prepare the different batches of medicines
  • Know and identify the different products of the production unit and the associated manufacturing and packaging processes
  • Identifies the characteristics of the products to be manufactured (liquid, dry and pasty forms) and of the different raw materials
  • The process of cleaning the tank and filling it with osmosis water, starting the preparation with stirring, and finally taking a sample for analysis in the laboratory
  • Feeds in raw material and identifies the conformity of a product or raw material with regard to given specifications (laboratory analysis test)
  • Identifies the roles of the different components of the product(s) to be manufactured
  • Identifies the steps in the entire manufacturing process
  • Identifies the equipment and peripherals used in its activity
  • Identify any deviations in the process and immediately inform your hierarchy
  • Links the characteristics of raw materials to observed malfunctions
  • Performs work tasks by strictly applying procedures, GMPs and hygiene and safety rules
  • Diagnoses, intervenes and proposes appropriate corrective actions in the event of an anomaly, deviation or malfunction in the manufacturing equipment used within his/her field of competence and authorization

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, biology or process engineering or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of GMP and GLP standards and metrology concepts.
  • Professional experience desirable.
  • Male profile.
