Roles & Responsibilities

  • Pharmacy Technician

  • Prepare the different batches of medication
  • To know and identify the different products of the production unit and the associated manufacturing and packaging processes.
  • Identify the characteristics of the products to be manufactured (liquid, dry and paste forms) and of the different raw materials.
  • The process begins with cleaning the tank and filling it with reverse osmosis water, starting the preparation with agitation, and finally taking a sample for laboratory analysis.
  • It uses raw materials and identifies the conformity of a product or raw material with regard to given specifications (laboratory analysis test)
  • Identify the roles of the different components of the product(s) to be manufactured
  • Identify the steps in the entire manufacturing process
  • Identify the equipment and peripherals used in its activity.
  • Identify any deviation in the process and immediately inform your superiors.
  • Establishes a link between the characteristics of raw materials and the observed malfunctions.
  • Performs work tasks by strictly applying procedures, GMPs, and hygiene and safety rules.
  • Diagnoses, intervenes and proposes appropriate corrective actions in case of anomalies, deviations or malfunctions on the manufacturing equipment used within their area of ​​expertise and authorization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master 1 degree in chemistry, biology or process engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of GMP and GLP standards and concepts in metrology.
  • Professional experience is desirable.
  • Male profile.
