Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and implement OTC trade programs and promotions.

Conduct sell-out analysis and competitor tracking.

Support training of field teams on OTC products.

Partner with distributors to maximize availability and visibility.

Ensure Wide distribution & on-shelf availability of products through continuous market coverage.

Develop & Implements MSLs & Planogram to ensure optimal product visibility & merchandising standards

Works closely with sales & marketing Teams to align strategies, activations & market execution

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors in marketing, Pharmacy, or Business.

3 5 years of experience in Pharma Trade Marketing.

Strong understanding of OTC dynamics and shopper behavior.

Good analytical and planning skills.
