Roles & Responsibilities
1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in venipuncture and capillary blood collection techniques.
Knowledge of laboratory specimen handling and transportation.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
2. Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle patients with care, empathy, and professionalism.
Good time management and organizational skills.
3. Additional Requirements:
Must own a personal vehicle (in accordance with the approved conditions set by the relevant departments) and have a valid Saudi driving license.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree(s): Diploma or bachelor s degree in medical laboratory technology, Phlebotomy, or a related field.
