Photo/Videographer (Media Specialist) - Real Estate

Responsibilities:

-Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, including interior and exterior shots, using professional camera equipment and techniques.

-Coordinate and schedule photo and video shoots with real estate agents, property owners, and clients, ensuring optimal timing and conditions for capturing visuals.

-Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their quality and visual appeal, using editing software and tools to achieve desired effects.

-Create engaging property videos, virtual tours, and walkthroughs that highlight key features and amenities to attract potential buyers and tenants.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas for visual content that align with marketing strategies and objectives.

-Organize and maintain a digital library of photos and videos, ensuring easy access and retrieval for marketing and promotional purposes.

-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography and videography to continuously improve skills and techniques.

-Adhere to brand guidelines and standards in all visual content creation to maintain consistency and professionalism across marketing materials.

Skills:

-Proficiency in photography and videography techniques, equipment, and editing software.
