Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview:
You ll be responsible for creating high-quality photo and video content that showcases our coffee, roasting process, baristas, caf s, and community across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Capture compelling photography and videography (coffee, drinks, food, lifestyle, events, behind-the-scenes, roasting)
Edit photos and videos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
Create engaging short-form content (Reels, TikTok)
Work closely with the marketing team on content ideas and campaigns
Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with The Espresso Lab brand
Manage and organize content and media files
Stay on top of content, coffee, and social media trends
Requirements:
Proven experience in photography, videography, and editing
Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar tools
Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
Strong sense of lighting, composition, and storytelling
Ability to shoot both products and lifestyle content
Organized, creative, and able to meet deadlines
Portfolio or showreel required
Nice to Have:
Experience shooting food & beverage or hospitality brands
Motion graphics or animation skills
Basic understanding of social media strategy
