Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Objectives:
Visually documenting the activities, events, and impact stories of the PACs program in the governorates of Egypt.
Producing high-quality images and videos that reflect the essence, diversity, and results of the program's interventions.
Support communication, advocacy, and donor reporting efforts through impactful visual content.
Creating a visual archive that can be used in publications, social media, presentations, and digital awareness campaigns.
Outputs:
High-resolution and edited images from PACs program events, sessions, and field visits.
Short documentary videos (4–5 minutes) and brief clips (30 seconds) showcasing program activities, success stories, and testimonials.
The original image and video files, as well as a selection of the best edited images and videos, are delivered in the agreed-upon formats within 3 days of each assignment.
Visually appealing images for use in reports, social media, and donor presentations.
High-quality edited video interviews with beneficiaries, trainers, and stakeholders.
Coordination with the PACs program's communications team to ensure content aligns with the program's messages and identity.
Adherence to ethical standards, including obtaining prior and informed consent from all participants and respecting privacy and dignity.
Scope of work:
Attending and documenting PACs program events, awareness sessions, and field activities in various youth centers across Egypt (16 governorates).
Capturing dynamic photos and videos (spontaneous and staged) that reflect the program's diversity and impact.
Conduct interviews with young people, coaches and stakeholders as needed.
Editing and delivering content in a timely manner while ensuring high technical and creative quality.
Travel to different governorates when needed, provided that travel arrangements are coordinated with the PACs program team.
Qualifications and experience:
Proven professional experience of at least 3 years in photography and videography, preferably in development, youth or social sector projects.
High technical proficiency in the use of professional cameras, sound equipment, lighting, and editing software.
Proven ability to produce high-quality, impactful visual stories for a variety of platforms (print, digital, social media).
Experience in conducting interviews and working with diverse groups, including youth and underserved areas.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to work collaboratively with the program team and community members.
Proficiency in Arabic is required, and proficiency in English is an added advantage.
Previous experience working with international organizations or donor-funded projects is preferred.
Adherence to ethical standards in photography, including obtaining approval to apply protection standards.

A brief technical proposal that explains the understanding of the task, the methodology of implementation, and the equipment that will be used.
A financial statement showing the daily cost or cost per task, including all expenses.
