Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Deliver assigned components of the weekly sports and fitness programs.
Maintain and improve Sports Department facilities and training environments.
Assist with attendance and health records, including cadet absences and illnesses.
Teach sports skills, physical conditioning, and health education to Cadet Officers.
Conduct standardized fitness testing for Academy cadets.
Participate in aptitude testing.
Coordinate and supervise the Academy football league, and other sport competitions.
Provide targeted training and support for cadets with overweight/underweight, Following safe practice.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in physical education, or a related field.
Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills; and advanced organisational skills
Self-disciplined and well-motivated
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
High competence in handling multiple tasks and working under high pressure conditions
Self-disciplined and well-motivated
Understanding of military training standards and a thorough knowledge of RSAF policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in physical education, or a related field.
Professional certification in physical training or sports instruction (desirable).
Have a good command of English.
