Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement engaging physical education curricula, tailored to meet diverse student needs and promote lifelong fitness habits.
  • Assess students’ physical skills and fitness levels regularly, providing constructive feedback and personalized plans for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and mutual respect among students.
  • Organize and oversee extracurricular sports activities and competitions, ensuring all students have the opportunity to participate and excel.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, Sports Science, or a related field, ensuring a strong foundation in health and fitness principles.
  • Teaching certification or licensure in physical education, demonstrating commitment to educational standards and practices.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience in a school setting, showcasing proven ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Experience coaching sports teams, highlighting skills in leadership, teamwork, and strategic planning for athletic success.
