Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, identifying pain points and mobility limitations to tailor personalized treatment plans.
  • Design and implement targeted rehabilitation programs that integrate manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance patient recovery.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and the importance of adherence to therapy regimens for long-term wellness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy with minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting, showcasing a proven track record of effective patient care.
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, providing hands-on treatment that enhances recovery and reduces pain for patients.
  • Preference for experts in MSK, Manual techniques, Dry needling
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating clear interactions with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Empathy and compassion for patients, creating a supportive environment that fosters trust and encourages open communication.
