Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities (e.g., heat, cold, electrical stimulation).
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment programs based on individual needs and goals.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises, injury prevention, and proper posture.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, progress, and modifications to care plans.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in physical therapy.
• Ensure all practices comply with health and safety regulations.

Skills & Experiences

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid PRC License as a Physical Therapist.
• At least 3-5 years of experience working in a clinical or hospital setting (preferred but not required).
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex treatments to patients.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and their families, providing compassionate care.
• Physical stamina to assist with patient mobility and perform hands-on therapeutic techniques.
• Willingness to pursue Continuing Professional Education (CPE) and additional certifications.
