Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Physical Trainer is responsible for overseeing and monitoring fitness sessions across multiple centers. The trainer will ensure that all recruits adhere to their training programs, maintain accurate records, and submit detailed reports, ability to enter and analyze data, and execute training sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Data Entry and Analysis, Adherence to Training Programs, Report Submission, Execution of Training Sessions, Collaboration and Communication with other trainers, medical staff, and management to ensure a holistic approach to recruit fitness.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sport Science and Fitness or a related field
· Certification: Licensed as a sport trainer in the candidate’s home country
· Experience: Previous experience in a fitness or sports training environment is preferred.
· Skills: Strong data entry and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire recruits.
