Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare the necessary documents applicable to the LCQ level.
- Prepare the solutions and ensure their proper storage.
- Carry out the collection, receipt and control of the receipt and sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate and finished products.
- Perform product labelling and identification in-house.
- Check the calibration and operation of the equipment.
- Participate in the implementation of analytical developments.
- Perform physico-chemical analyses of the water.
- Perform physico-chemical analyses of raw materials, packaging materials; intermediate and finished products.
- Ensure full traceability through data recording on the applicable registration annexes.
- Perform ongoing monitoring at the production level of intermediate products.
- Monitor the storage conditions of the reagents as well as the environmental conditions (temperature and humidity) at the level of the physico-chemistry laboratory.
- Manage sampling.
- Perform maintenance and cleaning of laboratory facilities (benches, equipment, workstations and glassware).
- Apply control procedures, hygiene, safety and environmental rules correctly.
- Manage stocks of consumables and reagents.
- Classify and archive documents in LCQ.
Knowledge:
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree (BAC + 03) or higher in Chemistry, Process Engineering, Biology or a related field
Expertise:
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- Knowledge of physico-chemical analysis techniques.
- Scientific skills
- Knowing how to use and set up laboratory equipment and measuring instruments.
- Being able to identify and diagnose malfunctions and/or anomalies and propose relevant solutions
- Proficiency in using computer tools.
Soft skills:
- Ability to work in a team (sociable, respectful of others and hygienic).
- Rigour, method and versatility.
- Attractiveness for science and creativity.
- Ability to organize work autonomously.
- Punctuality and precision.
- Analytical, synthesis and reasoning skills.
