Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and create personalized treatment plans that address individual patient needs and goals.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities to optimize recovery.
- Monitor patients' progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes and adherence to rehabilitation protocols.
- Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies for long-term health benefits.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution to ensure foundational knowledge and skills.
- Licensed to practice physiotherapy in the relevant jurisdiction, demonstrating adherence to professional standards and regulations.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, showcasing practical application of physiotherapy techniques.
- Specialized certifications in areas such as orthopedics, neurology, or sports physiotherapy to enhance expertise and career prospects.
