Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized physiotherapy treatment plans. • Deliver in-home physiotherapy sessions for patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-operative, and geriatric conditions. • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture correction, mobility strategies, and preventive care. • Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans and outcomes. • Collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure holistic patient care. • Ensure compliance with HAAD / DOH regulations, homecare standards, and organizational policies. • Provide guidance and emotional support to patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution. • Valid HAAD or DOH license, or eligibility to obtain one. • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, with preference for homecare or rehabilitation experience. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-centered care skills. • Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor. • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in homecare settings. • UAE driving license is preferred. • Adaptable and culturally sensitive, with experience working with diverse patient populations.
