Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assessing patients physical conditions and developing appropriate treatment plans based on medical needs.
- Providing physiotherapy treatments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support rehabilitation.
- Assisting patients in performing therapeutic exercises and educating them on recovery techniques.
- Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans accordingly to achieve rehabilitation goals.
- Using physiotherapy equipment and therapeutic techniques safely and effectively during treatment sessions.
- Maintaining accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
- Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educating patients and family members on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise programs.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
- Supporting patients in post-surgical rehabilitation and recovery programs.
- Managing appointment schedules and coordinating follow-up sessions with patients.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment for patients and staff.
- Three (3) years experience post qualification for Specialist
- Five (5) years experience post qualification for Consultant
- Teamwork and Relationship Building with Cultural Alignment
