A leading Oil & Gas company in Jubail, KSA is seeking an experienced PI System Engineer to support Digital Transformation initiatives and O&M operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate Yokogawa DCS data streams into the PI System.
• Configure and administer PI components including:
• PI Data Archive
• PI AF (Asset Framework)
• PI Vision
• PI Notifications

  Develop dashboards, performance KPIs, and automated reporting tools for Operations, Maintenance, and Management.

  Implement event-based alerts (bypass, trip, vibration, abnormal conditions).

  Ensure real-time data integrity, system reliability, and cybersecurity compliance.

  Support Digital Transformation workflows by delivering:

  • Shift reports
  • Energy dashboards
  • Daily/weekly/monthly management reports

    Collaborate with control systems, IT, and OT teams for seamless system integration.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with PI System Administration.
    • Strong technical background in Yokogawa DCS integration.
    • Experience with scripting/automation tools such as Python, VB, or PowerShell.
    • Understanding of OT cybersecurity principles, secure data flows, and industrial protocol handling.
    • Proven ability to build dashboards and reporting tools for O&M and management-level audiences.
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
