Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform professional tuning of upright and grand pianos to concert pitch standards
Carry out regulation, voicing, servicing, and mechanical repairs
Diagnose technical faults and execute corrective and preventive maintenance
Conduct pre-delivery inspection (PDI), setup, and preparation of new instruments
Provide on-site service support at customer locations, schools, music academies, and performance venues
Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Maintain proper service records and documentation
Handle instruments with care during transportation and setup
Coordinate with sales and showroom teams regarding service requirements
Requirements
Proven experience as a Piano Technician (tuning and repair experience essential)
Experience working with upright and grand pianos
Formal training or certification in Piano Technology (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent ear for pitch and tonal quality
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
Ability to work independently and manage service schedules
Basic English communication skills
Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UA
