Operating a company-issued vehicle, you will interact with clients and customers, maintaining a high level of professionalism and providing outstanding service. Attention to detail, knowledge of road safety regulations, and excellent navigation skills will be essential. You must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, along with the capacity to manage challenging driving conditions and routes. Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods and materials.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.
• Load and unload cargo using proper handling techniques and equipment.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery records, updating them as required.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers for seamless service.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Conduct basic maintenance checks and report any vehicle issues immediately.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and with outstanding customer service.
• Handle all paperwork and proof of delivery in an organized manner.
• Assist in navigating routes with the use of GPS systems and maps.
• Respond to changing circumstances and unexpected events on the road promptly.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in logistics or deliveries.
• Strong understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Ability to operate GPS devices and smartphone applications for navigation.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and staff.
• Good physical condition and endurance to handle loading and unloading tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
