We are seeking a female Pilates Instructor with a strong foundation and a genuine enthusiasm for health and wellness. Our ideal candidate will possess:

• Recognized Certification: You must hold a recognized Pilates instructor certification (e.g., STOTT Pilates, Balanced Body, BASI Pilates).
• Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of previous experience actively teaching Pilates is required.
• Diverse Client Experience: Experience working with various fitness levels and populations.
• Strong Foundational Knowledge: A background in kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional Teaching Ability: The ability to teach and demonstrate exercises clearly and effectively, providing precise guidance and feedback.
• Client Assessment Skills: Proficiency in assessing clients physical abilities and tailoring programs accordingly to meet individual needs.
• Anatomical Understanding: A solid understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics as they relate to Pilates.
• Versatile Instruction: Experience teaching both group classes and one-on-one sessions, including Pilates Mat.
• Professionalism: Punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining a polished and professional appearance.

  As a Pilates Instructor at Dessange Bahrain, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional fitness experiences:

  • Conducting engaging and effective Pilates classes and private sessions for clients of varying fitness levels.
  • Designing and implementing tailored Pilates programs to help clients achieve their specific health and wellness goals.
  • Providing clear demonstrations, verbal cues, and hands-on adjustments to ensure proper form and maximize client benefit.
  • Assessing client progress and adapting programs as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and motivating studio environment.
  • Building strong client relationships and fostering a positive, encouraging atmosphere.
  • Staying current with industry trends and continuing education in Pilates and related fields.
