Job Summary
We are seeking a certified and passionate Pilates Instructor (Mat & Reformer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, effective, and personalized Pilates sessions to help clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals while maintaining high professional standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Mat and Reformer Pilates sessions (individual & group classes)
  • Assess clients' fitness levels and design customized workout programs
  • Ensure proper form, alignment, and injury prevention during sessions
  • Monitor client progress and modify programs accordingly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment
  • Build strong client relationships and provide motivation and support
  • Promote overall wellness and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat & Reformer)
  • 1 3 years of relevant experience
  • Background in Physiotherapy or related field (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and injury modification techniques
  • Excellent communication skills (English required)
  • Passion for fitness, health, and client well-being
