Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand individual needs, limitations, and goals, tailoring Pilates programs accordingly.
Demonstrate and instruct Pilates exercises with precision, ensuring proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques and meditation to maximize effectiveness and safety.
Provide hands-on adjustments and modifications to exercises, guiding clients to achieve optimal results and prevent injuries.
Develop and implement progressive Pilates programs, adjusting the intensity and complexity of exercises based on client progress and feedback.
To know to do the reception work and keep records of the clients and their progress.
Have knowledge of using all pilates equipments and aerial pilates with fly hammock.
Having knowledge of First aid and CPR and is an add on bonus. Also it's good to have the knowledge of social medias.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possessesing a nationally recognized Pilates certification (e.g., Balanced Body, STOTT Pilates) with a minimum of 200 hours of training is a plus.
Demonstrates a deep understanding of Pilates principles, anatomy, and biomechanics, evidenced by a related degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 years of proven experience as a Pilates Instructor/Trainer, with a strong track record of client success.
Exhibits exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients of diverse backgrounds.
To be very adaptable, having a pleasing vibrant personality, patient, respectful and polite with a warm and welcoming smile. To maintain extra ordinary hygiene, presentable and flexible with time.
