We re hiring certified instructors to lead Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre, Sculpt, Strength and Mobility classes and similar formats at our studios. Whether your strength lies in core-focused precision or ballet-inspired sculpting, or strength training, we re looking for passionate professionals who bring energy, empathy, and excellence to every class.
Qualifications
Certified in Mat Pilates or Barre or Fitness instruction from recognized institutions
CPR/AED certification preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt teaching style to match studio tone and member needs
Experience in boutique fitness or wellness settings is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Lead engaging group classes
Offer modifications and progressions to suit all levels
Ensure proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques
Choreograph Barre routines that blend ballet, Pilates, and functional movement
Create a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating studio environment
Collaborate with the team to support studio goals and member experience
Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment setup before and after sessions
Stay current with fitness trends and continuing education
