Piling Superintendent Villa Hakatha pvt ltd.

We are looking for an experienced Piling Superintendent to oversee all piling operations on-site. The role carries overall responsibility for daily planning, productivity output, safety, and quality assurance. The Piling Superintendent ensures piling works are executed according to project specifications, within schedule, and in compliance with HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all piling operations, including hammer line crews, excavators, cranes, and support teams.
• Develop daily and weekly piling work plans in coordination with project managers and site engineers.
• Monitor piling output and progress against schedule, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure all works meet quality assurance (QA) standards and project specifications.
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies across piling teams.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and quality inspections regularly.
• Coordinate with surveyors, design engineers, and QA/QC teams for pile positioning, testing, and verification.
• Manage manpower allocation, equipment utilization, and logistics to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance schedules for piling rigs, hammers, cranes, and related equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in piling and foundation works, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of piling rigs, hydraulic hammers, cranes, and related heavy equipment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary crews.
• Excellent understanding of safety regulations, QA/QC procedures, and construction codes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to resolve operational challenges promptly while maintaining productivity and safety.
