Roles & Responsibilities

about the position

We are recruiting a Quality Control/Warranty Pilot, responsible for overseeing product quality performance and ensuring follow-up on customer complaints in a demanding, automotive-oriented industrial environment.
You will act as a central point of contact between production, engineering, and the customer to guarantee product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Job duties
  • Ensure the daily management of the Quality Control Tower: monitoring KPIs, analyzing incidents, prioritizing and coordinating actions.
  • Managing Warranty files (customer complaints): analyzing returns, validating root causes, and monitoring corrective actions.
  • Managing problem-solving processes using quality methodologies: 8D, Ishikawa, DMAIC, FMEA
  • Coordinate exchanges between internal teams (production, engineering, process) and external partners.
  • Implement and monitor continuous improvement action plans related to product quality.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
Your profile
  • Engineering degree: Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience (or significant internships) in product quality, ideally in the automotive industry
  • Very good mastery of quality tools: 8D, FMEA, monitoring plans, root cause analysis, problem solving.
  • Knowledge of automotive requirements (IATF, quality standards, customer requirements).
  • Advanced analytical skills and strong results orientation.
  • Excellent level in French and English.

Desired Candidate Profile
