Pioneer Talent Program - Product Operations, Derivatives Binance

Responsibilities

• Support middle office and operations activities for the derivatives business unit.
• Assist in calibrating trading parameters and maintaining product specifications.
• Help execute structured workflows and processes to support alignment across regional and global teams.
• Monitor daily operational tasks, identify issues or inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
• Work with internal tools (AI, automation, and technical solutions) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Support investigation and resolution of operational issues, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation when needed.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (trading, product, tech, risk, ops) to ensure smooth execution of derivatives operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree with 1 4 years of relevant experience in finance, operations, trading support, or derivatives-related roles (crypto derivatives experience is a plus but not required).
• Basic understanding of derivatives products and trading concepts; strong interest in learning derivatives product logic and risk parameters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data, process flows, and operational troubleshooting.
• Exposure to project coordination or process improvement is a plus.
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with guidance from senior team members.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams.
• Adaptable mindset with a can-do attitude and comfort working in ambiguity.
