Cut, shape, and assemble piping materials (such as metal, plastic, or composite) to create custom piping systems based on project specifications.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine the layout and dimensions of piping systems.

Utilize various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick welding) to join pipes and fittings securely, ensuring structural integrity and leak prevention.

Inspect fabricated components for accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry standards and specifications. Perform necessary adjustments or rework as needed.

Select appropriate materials for fabrication based on project requirements, including considerations for pressure, temperature, and fluid type.

Operate and maintain fabrication equipment and tools, such as saws, drills, and welding machines, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.

Maintain accurate records of materials used, work performed, and any changes made during the fabrication process.
