Pipeline Delivery Lead

Ensures full implementation of Project requirements and control deliverables in terms of engineering, quality, schedule & HSE related to the CRA pipes and bends.

Collaborate across disciplines (including Engineering, Installation, pre commissioning, commissioning, Quality, HSE Procurement and Planning, etc.) to discuss & resolve technical and contractual issues.

Drives to obtain all necessary input required for the timely and complete progress of all activities from design, manufacturing, testing, deliveries, pre-commissioning & commissioning.

Manage the plate mills, bends suppliers and Pipe Mills to ensure that all procedures are available, approved and implemented across the manufacturing and testing activities.

Manage kick-off meetings & pre-Inspection meetings ensuring they are completed as required & to start manufacturing activities.

Full understanding of the challenges associated to the CRA pipes and bends manufacturing scope including design, plate manufacturing, induction bending, qualification, welding, testing, inspections, handling, preservation.

Track Supplier manufacturing schedule & shall be familiar with the pre-requisite & durations of the specific and critical activities.

Identify any risks & provide preventive or mitigation actions to ensure contractual deliveries and technical requirements are met.

Close follow up of the interfaces between Company, Contractor and CRA pipes Suppliers.

Any risk of delay and/or nonconformance shall be immediately reported to the Head of Pipeline/Cable Delivery and mitigations measures shall be proposed.

Monitors material acquisition including requisition, fabrication, testing and transportation of CRA pipes and bends.

Liaise as required with Company s Technical Authorities (TA) and committees and coordinate any management of change process (MOC) relating to CRA pipes and bends.
