Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage trenching, pipe laying, welding, coating, and backfill operations to ensure

compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

  1. Analyze pipeline drawings, P&ID diagrams, alignment sheets, and project

specifications to ensure proper installation and alignment of pipelines.

  1. Ensure the correct installation of pipes, fittings, valves, and associated components

while maintaining proper alignment and gradient during installation.

  1. Oversee hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, and pigging operations for pipelines,

ensuring all tests conform to industry standards.

  1. Maintain accurate records of construction activities, inspections, test results, and any

issues encountered reporting them to project Management .

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. BE/B .Tech with 3 years’ experience/ Diploma with 5 years experience/ ITI with 10+

years experience

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in pipeline construction, with a focus on supervisory

roles and direct oversight of construction activities.

  1. Strong understanding of pipeline construction processes, including familiarity with

trenching, welding, coating, and backfill.

  1. Experience supervising hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, and pigging operations for

pipelines is essential.

  1. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record in team

management and project coordination


Candidates must have relevant experience in Pipeline, EPC, Oil & Gas, Flowline, Brownfield, Upstream Facilities, or Wellhead projects. Preference will be given to candidates with prior Gulf experience, especially those who have worked on ADNOC projects. ✅ Clean Shave facial policy is applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro Line, Building Line, or Road Infrastructure experience are NOT eligible No Building construction experience except for road safety coordinators
