Wood has been awarded an Onshore Project to support an International Client operation by providing Brownfield Engineering & Design Services. The Vision of this Contract is to enhance the production & assets integrity across various locations. Team of Engineers and Designers based in Basra and Dubai supports the execution of these projects. Projects under this contract focuses on Flare system revamps/re-ignition, Rehab of aging assets, BTEX emission control, Flare Gas Recovery & Replacement/upgrade of obsolete equipment, piping & systems.

Responsibilities:

• Piping design, supporting, ancillary structures
• Identifies technical problems and appropriately engages the business tech
• Comply with Company valves and QA System
• Is familiar with PEM
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HSE and Quality within the project and everyday office environment
• Identify temporary materials required for the pipe pre-commissioning activities
• You check and monitor the quality of own work the work of the draughtsman and designers
• ANSYS Fluent (or equivalent CFD software) for immediate placement
• Providing assistance to the construction contractor for resolution of issues
• Review and approval of stress isometrics and calculation packages
