Experience Required 7-10 yrs

Experience: Minimum 8+ years of industry experience, including 3-4 years as a QC Welding Inspector in Oil & Gas construction projects within EPC companies

- Expertise: Piping inspection, quality control, compliance with international standards.

JD:

• Perform piping-related inspections before, during, and after installation
• Verify IMIR acceptance prior to fit-up of piping components
• Ensure identification and traceability of piping components, including heat numbers and specifications
• Interpret P&ID, GAD, Isometric Drawings, and Layout Drawings
• Conduct fit-up inspections, ensuring material, dimension, and alignment meet drawing and specification requirements
• Apply knowledge of ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, ASME IX, ASME IIA/B/C, API 1104, and Aramco engineering standards
• Witness piping spool internal cleaning and ensure proper preservation with end covers
• Check flange management and witness bolt torquing activities
• Raise RFI (Request for Inspection) to the client as per ITP (Inspection Test Plan) and coordinate inspections
• Conduct surveillance inspections and raise NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) for any non-conformities
• Prepare work procedures and ITPs as per project specifications, code requirements, and Aramco standards, and follow up with the client for approval
• Identify potential issues and take corrective actions immediately
• Review test packages, including line punch listing, punch verification, and closure
• Witness hydrotesting and pre-commissioning activities
• Ensure compliance with Aramco standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance measures.

Previous Saudi Aramco experience as Piping Inspector & Aramco-CBT EXAM-PID piping passed record preferrable but not mandatory.
