Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

DUTIES:
- Create sketches and drawings for CNC lathe operations.
- Validate the Bill of Materials (BOM) after it is issued by the design team under the TS category.
- Add & validate damaged items listed in the BOM within the workshop.
- Verify project drawings after they are released by the design department.
- Prepare the fixation drawings after they are issued from the CAM department.
- Receive drawings and preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for projects, covering both production and modifications.
- Assist operators by providing drawings and 3D models.
- Prepare holders for manufacturing, including BOM drawings and 3D models.
- Receive damaged tools from work cells, adding them to the BOM, and transferring them from the cells to Work in Progress (WIP).
- Transfer tools from RM to Cells.
- Manage the Electrode on NAV added on BOM & Returning from WIP back to stock/raw materials (STK-RM).
- Return all unnecessary project items from WIP back to stock/raw materials (STK-RM).
- Manage catalogues for export purposes.
- Support in documenting project closure steps and ensuring all records are properly archived.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree: Vocational or technical degree in mechanics or related field.
- Language: Good command of English both spoken and written.
- Experience: +8 years of experience in manufacture industry. 2-3 years in planning department.
- Technical Knowledge: good knowledge in routing principles for mold and component manufacturing. Experience with MS Project or similar planning software.
