Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using planning software.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to track progress and milestones.
  • Identify potential delays or risks and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, schedule updates, and dashboards for management.
  • Monitor resource allocation and advise on schedule optimization.
  • Support project forecasting, planning, and strategic scheduling decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, procedures, and contractual requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project control.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in project planning and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Asta Powerproject).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver accurate schedules under tight deadlines.
