Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure short-term production planning
Collect and analyze sales forecasts, in conjunction with the sales teams, in order to adjust production plans.
Identify discrepancies between demand and capacity, propose alternatives and optimization measures, and alert the relevant departments in case of customer impact.
Collaborating daily with the sales department to adjust production plans as needed
To develop and update Master Production Plans with the aim of customer satisfaction and planning of needs (materials, human resources) and financial resources (annual budget)
Identify the problems related to the availability of human and technical resources, and propose solutions.
Organize and facilitate PIC meetings with stakeholders
Monitor production execution to ensure consistency, results, and requirements
Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes through the formalization of standard operating procedures.
Organize and actively supervise rolling and annual inventories
