Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure short-term production planning 

Collect and analyze sales forecasts, in conjunction with the sales teams, in order to adjust production plans

Identify gaps between demand and capacity, propose alternatives and optimization measures by alerting the relevant departments in the event of customer impact

Collaborate daily with the sales department to adjust manufacturing plans if necessary

develop and update Production Master Plans with the aim of customer satisfaction and planning needs (materials, human resources) and financial (annual budget)

Identify issues of availability of human and technical resources, and propose solutions

Organize and lead PIC meetings with stakeholders

Monitor production execution to ensure consistency, results and needs

Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes, through the formalization of standard operating procedures

Actively organize and supervise rotating and annual inventories
