Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Establish a realistic Master Production Schedule, taking into account the production commitment resulting from the S&OP process.
Prepare the production plan by dividing the program resulting from the master plan into items / quantity / dates
Verify the load/capacity balance at critical load points (internal and external) and alert in case of discrepancies.
Ensure the integration of PDP data into the ERP
Ensure the consistency of your PDP with other PDPs/PICs
Analyze and leverage action messages from the ERP system
Analyze the impact of technical change requests on its scope
Analyze the deviations from the objectives (derived from Safran standards) of the various performance indicators and monitor them within its scope.
Manage the updating of data within your scope across different information systems
Develop KPIs to monitor the performance of your scope
Ensure the implementation of actions stemming from the various action plans related to its scope.
If necessary and depending on the workload of the area, the planner may be required to perform tasks of a scheduler
